Navistar chooses provider

Dayton Business Journal

Navistar International Corp. said today it has selected Minneapolis-based Analysts International for managed services at its Springfield and Chicago plants.

Analysts International will oversee the procurement of contract resources and provide billing and administrative services.

Financial terms of the deal were not released.

"This agreement will help our company reduce our overall IT expenditures and streamline hiring processes. It's a win for both shareowners and customers," said Art Data, vice president of information technology for Navistar.

Chicago-based Navistar makes engine, trucks and buses through its operating company, International Truck and Engine Corp. Its largest assembly plant is in Springfield, where about 3,000 people are employed.
