NPC partners with Brinker

National Processing Co. has signed a deal with restaurant chain Brinker International to process MasterCard and Visa transactions.
Financial details of the multiyear agreement weren't disclosed.
Brinker operates more than 1,100 restaurants in 47 states and 20 countries, including Chili's Grill and Bar, Macaroni Gril and Cozymel's Coastal Mexican Grill.
National Processing, headquartered in Louisville, Ky., is 87 percent owned by National City Corp., the Cleveland-based financial institution that operates 32 full-service branches and is third in market share for the Dayton region, with deposits of about $1.5 billion in 2000.
